Airlody is operated by Airlody Music in Ontario, Canada. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website, subscribe to our service, contact us or use an artist’s request page.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use Airlody, we may collect:

Your name, email address and account information.
Subscription status, payment confirmations and transaction records.
Artist names, song titles, artwork, music links and other information submitted for a campaign.
Messages and information you send through our contact forms or email.
Technical information processed through our website and service providers, such as IP address, browser type, device information and website activity.
Cookie and browser-storage information used for website functions and, where enabled and permitted, analytics.

Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information that we do not need to provide the service.

2. Information entered by fans

The request tool asks fans to enter a name so it can personalize a prepared email.

In the current request tool, the name is used within the page to prepare the message. The tool does not itself save the name to an Airlody customer database.

The tool may save station and message history in the visitor’s browser to help rotate the available choices. This history records selections or displays, not proof that an email was sent.

When a fan selects Request, the tool attempts to open their email application with a recipient, subject and message already filled in. Nothing is sent automatically.

If the fan sends the email, the receiving station will see the sender’s email address, the message and any other information included by the sender’s email service, such as a signature. The station and email provider handle that information under their own practices.

Airlody does not receive replies sent directly between a station and a fan unless someone separately shares those replies with us.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

Create and manage accounts and subscriptions.
Set up, maintain and update artist campaign pages.
Publish the campaign information an artist has authorized us to display.
Respond to questions and provide support.
Process payments and maintain business records.
Maintain website functionality and investigate technical problems or misuse.
Meet legal obligations and resolve disputes.

We will request any additional consent required before using information for a materially different purpose.

4. Public campaign information

Artist request pages are intended to be shared publicly. Information displayed on those pages, including artist names, song titles, artwork and music links, may be viewed, copied or shared by others.

A shared link is not a private or password-protected page unless we expressly tell you otherwise.

Do not submit information for public display unless you have permission to share it.

5. Service providers and payments

We use Wix to host and operate our website. Wix and the payment providers used at checkout process information needed to provide website, account, payment and security services.

Payment-card details are handled through the payment system. Do not send card numbers or other financial credentials through our contact form or email.

The request widget may load fonts from Google Fonts. When external resources load, the provider may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details.

Our providers may process or store information outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions. We remain responsible for meeting the privacy obligations that apply to information under our control.

6. Cookies and browser storage

Wix and website features may use cookies or similar technologies for functions such as security, account access and preferences.

The request tool uses browser storage to remember station and message rotation where storage is available. Clearing browser storage may reset that history.

Where optional analytics or advertising technologies are enabled, we will provide information and obtain consent where required. You can manage available preferences through our cookie controls and your browser settings. Blocking certain technologies may affect website features.

7. When we share information

We share information only as reasonably needed to provide the service, with your authorization, or as permitted or required by law. This can include sharing with:

Providers supporting hosting, payments, communications and website operations.
Professional advisers assisting with legal, accounting or business matters.
Authorities or other parties where legally required.
A purchaser or successor in a business transaction, subject to applicable privacy requirements.

We do not sell personal information or provide artist mailing lists to radio stations.

8. Radio station contacts

Our directory includes publicly listed station contact information. Some contacts may identify individual staff members.

Public availability does not mean a station has endorsed Airlody or agreed to receive every type of request. Station representatives can contact us to request a correction, review or removal of their listing.

9. Retention and security

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including service delivery, legal recordkeeping and resolving disputes.

When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete it, anonymize it or securely dispose of it. Some information may remain temporarily in backups until those backups expire.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No website or electronic storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

10. Your privacy choices

You can contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information we hold about you, or to ask about withdrawing consent.

We may need to verify your identity. Some requests may be limited by legal requirements or other lawful exceptions, which we will explain where applicable.

Withdrawing information necessary to operate your account may prevent us from continuing to provide that service.

You can also contact us with a privacy complaint. If your concern remains unresolved, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or another applicable privacy authority.

11. Marketing communications

If we offer promotional emails, we will obtain consent where required and provide a way to unsubscribe.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary account, billing or service communications.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service develops. We will revise the date above and provide additional notice or obtain renewed consent where required.

Terms of Service

These Terms govern the Airlody service provided by Airlody Music operating in Ontario, Canada.

By purchasing a subscription or using the service, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

1. What Airlody provides

Airlody helps artists share a song-request page with fans. The service includes access to a directory of radio station contacts and prepared email messages that fans can review and send from their own email accounts.

Airlody is a request tool. It is not a radio station, an airplay booking service or a guarantee of promotion results.

2. No guarantee of airplay

Radio stations independently decide what they play and how they handle requests.

A subscription does not guarantee:

That a station will receive, read or answer an email.
That a song will be accepted, played or added to rotation.
Any number of broadcasts, listeners, streams, sales or other results.

A listing in our directory does not mean a station endorses Airlody or has agreed to accept requests through it.

3. Early access

Airlody is offered in early access while we develop and improve the service.

Features, layouts and station listings may change. Bugs, interruptions and compatibility issues may occur. Early access does not remove any rights or remedies you have under applicable law.

4. Artist subscriptions and billing

The early-access subscription price is $4.99 CAD per month, plus applicable taxes, unless a different price is clearly shown and accepted at checkout.

The first payment is charged when you subscribe. Your subscription renews monthly until cancelled, according to the renewal details presented at checkout.

The first billing period includes manual setup work. Billing does not automatically wait until your campaign page is published.

We do not promise that early-access pricing is permanent. Any change to an existing subscription’s price will be communicated in advance, and we will obtain any consent required by law before applying it.

5. Manual campaign setup

Artist pages are currently set up manually.

After payment and receipt of the complete information needed for your page, we aim to have your campaign link ready within two business days. Business days exclude weekends and Ontario public holidays.

Missing information, corrections or unusual requests may delay setup. We will let you know if we expect a material delay.

You are responsible for providing accurate artist details, song information, artwork and links.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel future renewals through the subscription-management options provided with your account or by contacting us through the contact form.

To avoid another renewal charge, complete cancellation before your next billing date. We will confirm cancellation requests submitted directly to us.

Cancellation ordinarily takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Your campaign page may then be disabled.

Except where required by law or otherwise agreed in writing, fees for a billing period already started are not automatically refunded or prorated because of a change of mind or a lack of radio results.

If we cannot provide the initial campaign page, we will offer a refund for that initial subscription payment.

Nothing in these Terms limits any cancellation, refund or other remedy required by applicable law.

7. Your content and permissions

You retain your rights in the music, artwork and other material you submit.

You confirm that you have the rights or permissions needed for us to use that material to provide your campaign page.

You give us permission to host, display, reproduce and make necessary formatting changes to submitted material solely to operate and maintain your campaign.

This permission ends when the material is removed from the service, except for limited backup, recordkeeping or legal requirements. Copies previously shared by other people may remain outside our control.

8. Responsible use

Artists and fans must use Airlody honestly and respectfully.

You must not:

Send deceptive requests or impersonate another person.
Claim to be a local listener or regular station listener when that is untrue.
Use bots, automated sending tools or bulk-sending systems.
Harass stations, overwhelm inboxes or continue contacting a station after it asks you to stop.
Circumvent restrictions intended to reduce repeated requests.
Submit unlawful, infringing or misleading content.

Prepared messages are suggestions. Fans should review and edit them so they accurately express their own views before sending.

9. Fan emails and request history

Selecting Request attempts to open the fan’s email application. The fan controls whether to send the message.

Airlody does not send these requests automatically and does not verify that a prepared email was sent or delivered.

Browser-based rotation can reduce repeated station displays on the same browser. It cannot guarantee that a station will never appear again or receive requests from multiple people.

10. Station directory

We take reasonable steps to maintain useful contact information, but addresses, staff, programming and station policies can change.

Some listed addresses are general, staff or music-submission contacts rather than dedicated song-request inboxes.

We may correct, remove or replace listings. We do not guarantee a fixed directory size, a particular station’s continued inclusion or that every station will suit every song.

11. Third-party services

Airlody relies on services such as Wix, payment providers, browsers and email applications.

Those services may have their own terms, privacy policies and technical requirements. A working email application or configured email service is needed to send a prepared request.

12. Account responsibility

You must provide accurate account information and protect your login credentials.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase an artist subscription and have authority to enter into this agreement, including authority to act for an artist or business where applicable.

13. Suspension or termination

We may restrict or suspend use where reasonably necessary to address misuse, unlawful content, security concerns or serious breaches of these Terms.

Where practical, we will explain the issue and allow an opportunity to resolve it. Any refund or remaining-access obligations will be handled according to applicable law and the circumstances.

If we permanently discontinue the service, we will notify affected subscribers, stop future renewals and refund prepaid fees for service we will not provide.

14. Intellectual property

You may not copy or resell Airlody’s original branding, website materials or software except where permitted by law or with our permission.

These Terms do not give Airlody ownership of your music or rights over publicly available facts about radio stations.

15. Responsibility and legal rights

You are responsible for the content you submit and the messages you choose to send.

We are responsible for our obligations under applicable law. We do not promise particular radio or commercial outcomes.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or waives mandatory consumer, privacy or other legal rights.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service develops. Material changes affecting existing subscribers will be communicated before taking effect, with any consent required by law.

Changes will not retroactively remove rights relating to services already purchased.

17. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live.
